lately when people ask me how I am? I find I’ve been responding frequently with “I’m many ways.” so many truths are existing simultaneously. It can get to be a lot. It is a lot. Some days it feels like I have one foot in one timeline and the other foot in another. I’m always in process, but I’m particularly tender right now and I guess I’m just here to say if you are too.. you know.. that’s okay. More than okay. I hope you can make room for everything you are and know it’s not too much. If you’ve read this far maybe take a couple deep breaths and thank all the ways you are. For me right now.. Thank you worry You’re here cause you care. Thank you curiosity You always lighten the mood. Thank you confusion I accept your invitation to re center. Thank you fear For showing me where my next level ups are. Thank you love the you I give to me and others and the you that’s given by others is so damn necessary and wonderful, I’m so grateful to experience you the ways I do.🤍
