Sometimes after I work out I’m a little sore. Sometimes I’m a little (or, honestly, more than a little) tired. But I’m always #happyneesie! So when @zappos invited me to lace up these @hoka Arahi 6’s and join their 20 Minutes to Happy campaign, of course I had to say a big happy YES. I wore my @hoka Arahi 6’s for both cross training and running (which is a true work in progress for me 🏃🏾‍♀️😅), and they inspired me to try this 20-minute leg burner that’s great for working my glutes, gives me a mental and physical boost and it makes me—you guessed it—#happyneesie! . . 20 Minutes to a Tighter (🍑) Workout - 1 min regular squats (add weights if you want a lil more of a challenge) - 1 min plié squats (gotta work those inner thighs) - 1 min squat pulses (can you tell that squats are my ❤️ language?) - 1 min lunges (I've been adding a jump in between but sometimes I keep it real and pace myself) - 1 min skater lunges or step-up knee drive jump (to get that heart rate going!) * 4 rounds - 20 min In some way every day...I resolve to move! @zappos @hoka @jorgeq #GotItOnZappos #ZapposPartner #HappyNeesie #LoveMyShape #PersonalTrainer #ResolveToMove
