Just kicked off Season 2 of @wednesdaynetflix with the kiddos, and we’re loving Steve Buscemi as Barry Dort — Nevermore Academy’s new principal. As one critic put it, he brings his “signature eccentricity to the role.” Taking over for Principal Weems, Dort isn’t shy about pushing his own extreme agenda: Outcast Pride. With nearly 200 acting credits to his name (wow!!), Buscemi worked closely with Tim Burton to craft the character’s Poe-inspired aesthetic — and it shows.
