ADN Chicano: WILLY CHAVARRIA FW22 for @voguemexico October Issue The term "representation" and it's overuse within fashion right now is something that I feel like I have really been sitting with lately. Seeing people and clothing in spaces and through len's that they were previously excluded from has been extremely interesting especially when dissecting why there was absence in the first place. This shoot is not about validation within this but is to challenge historical standards of art and beauty forced upon communities that were once (and in many ways still are) intentionally neglected from it.
