Chilli Garlic Udon 😍🌶️🧄 This spicy and savoury noodle recipe is bound to become your new favourite! It’s easy to make and sooo delicious 🫶🏼 SAVE THIS POST and make some asap!!
Ingredients
2 servings udon noodles
1 tbsp cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, minced (or double it if you wish)
1 stalk green onion, greens & whites separated
1 tsp gochugaru or chilli flakes
2 tbsp light soy sauce
Splash of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1-2 tsp chilli crisp/oil
Splash of water
Sesame seeds

Method
1. Cook your udon noodles according to packet instructions. Rinse with cold water and set aside.
2. In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the garlic and whites of the green onion and fry until fragrant and golden. Add the chilli flakes and fry for another minute.
3. Add in the light, soy sauce, dark, soy sauce and sugar and mix well. Stir through the sesame oil and chilli oil.
4. Add in your cooked udon and fry over medium high for 1 minute until the noodles become well coated in the sauce. You can add a few tbsp water here if needed.
5. Transfer into a bowl and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately!
