Shelter is brought to you by the same team behind Shelter Cafe Seminyak, with Stephen Moore joining forces with Stephanie Bovil and Juanjo Suarez. The menu is curated by chef Stephen Moore who has taken inspiration from the rich history and diversity of the Middle East and Mediterranean, showcasing a rustic, wood-fired kitchen, offering his own unique twist on traditional dishes. The menu boasts an array of contemporary delights, from mouth-watering Black Angus ribeye to stone-baked za’atar.
