What a great day @probeautyassoc ISSE show @thepowdergroup teaching ‘5 Keys to a Harmonious Makeup’ in #longbeach 👍🏻I need to always know the ‘why’ in designing makeup, so I go deep into theory when teaching. In this class I use the grid concept to identify facial proportions in order to achieve balance and symmetry. You’ll see in the third photo of my beautiful model @nicole_castillo how her right facing side is lifted and brought into the proper balance and proportion from her naked left facing side by creating makeup illusions with light, dark, color, tone, line and angles.
