Baby steps but trusting the process, back in Timberland 5 years after the first race and 4 years after the last, slowly training up. My last race was 4 years ago at 21k and did a 5k today to get back into the groove (according to the watch, that was totally 15k though 😂). @spartanraceph #aroo!
