If you need me, I’ll be running to the mountains to let go of all my worries 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 Life lately has been overwhelming to say the least. There have been some big changes in my life and in the lives of those around me. I’ve been fortunate to celebrate new beginnings: a new engagement, a new marriage, a new home (guess which one of those applies to me lol). But with every high comes the lows. I’ve also had to process the end of some people’s lives. It’s an odd feeling, hearing the news through a group chat message with your parents about the passing of family friends who watched you grow up. It’s been a strange summer to say the least, and it hasn’t gone at all the way I had planned it. I’ve been reminding myself to let go of expectations and things that are out of my control, take a deep breath (or multiple), and be present and not in my head.
