When @chrrrissie called me up and said, “I think you’re really going to like this...” I was already game. But then visiting Aspen for the Tremendous show #mountain/time and visiting the local silver mine and meeting it’s caretakers Chris and Jay (pictured) really sealed the deal. Films must be projected in these caverns! I wasn’t sure we could do it but the crew at @aspenartmuseum were so confident and scrappy that it was impossible to think judiciously , only Ambitiously. 😛☺️ The result of our efforts was an amazing ephemeral night that not only involved the mine explorations but Powerful films programmed by @m.bgillespie and @anisa.jackson 🫶🏾🙌🏾💙💜 The whole thing was magic and I’m so happy we did it. Naturally my selection of images is chao (libra vibes) but please believe me when I say it was a gorgeous wonderful artful situation.
