I’ve been trying to focus on these 3 things recently but it’s definitely easier said than done! Im probably struggling with taking care of my mind most these days. I can get going + neglect touching base with myself! A lot of times I have a busy day and plan to journal, etc. and end up putting it off because it doesn’t technically move the needle for the business/my to-do list. Even though taking care of my mind will actually help all areas of my life!!
