She was divorced from Capt Mark Phillips in 1992. That year three of the Royal marriages blew up, thus known as the “annual horribilis” by Queen Elizabeth. Her daughter’s deep curtsy and constant company thruout the journey of her Mother’s coffin, has been a very moving display of devotion.
