They were opportunities that popped up, partnerships I never imagined, new ideas that evolved. Case study: The Calendar Club. The Calendar Club started out as me writing on a big calendar because (I’m super VISUAL). It morphed into a 365 day “all on one page” calendar. Immediately, people started asking me how they could get a calendar like mine. Then, as my life got busier with work, family, races, appointments, etc...I needed to perfect a system that ensured I got to do the things I LOVE TO DO. An effective planning system was born. Coaching calls that started with me talking to 200 people on a conference call....morphed into a 12 month coaching program where all my videos and best practices live, live calls, etc. This year The Calendar Club takes another giant leap forward. Since a big part of my philosophy is the importance of creating experiences (we teach you how to BUILD a YOUR LIFE RESUME), 2023 Calendar Club members will have the opportunity to attend amazing live events and retreats (the first one is ICE CAMP coming up this winter) as part of the program. My point is...START THE PROCESS. You never know where the journey will take you or how it will evolve and grow. TIP: My wife (who I think is the best entrepreneur I’ve ever met) gave me this advice and it’s so true. Start small...think BIG...and scale fast!
