So I typically keep my list in a place where I can’t forget that it exists and open to the page with todays tasks. ⏱ If I need time to disconnect from work, I will set a timer and give myself a specific amount time to scroll. This helps me be aware that in that moment I am choosing to scroll. I also will ask myself, is this the best use of my time right now?
