Blueberry Muffin Toddler Friendly Recipes No Sugar Added
Ingredients
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 1/2 cup oats
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/3 cup blueberries
• 2 tbsp chia seed (optional)
• 1 egg
Mashed bananas in a large bowl, add eggs and whisk. Then add the olive oil and whisk again.
Place the rest of the dry ingredients in the bowl and fold everything together.
Add the blueberries in last and mix to combine.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Life has been super busy the last few days and will be for the coming weeks as I transition into a new career. Lots of new things to learn. Hope everyone had a great time trick or treating on Monday. I was able to take a little break to take Emily out, but didn’t have my phone on me because I was rushing so I didn’t get to take pictures 😅🥲
