Giving all the thanks to Jesus that I’m an Okie!! This past week I was blessed to go on a mission trip with my home church to Providence, Rhode Island. While I was there, I saw how much there was a need to spread the word of Jesus. Many people that we talked to either had made up their own ideas about Jesus, made up their own religion entirely, or did not know about Jesus. I am very grateful and thankful to have the ability to go on this mission trip and have my eyes opened. Because of this experience, I realized how thankful I am to grow up in a church that spreads truth and raised by parents that took me to church as a child! Forever grateful to be an Okie!! During the mission trip, we passed out care bags to the homeless, participated in a worship night, took surveys to spread the Gospel, and served food to the homeless. On the last day, we ended up going to Boston for a Red Sox game which was a very great way to end the trip!!
