Last weekend I watched the first friend I’ve ever had get married. I sobbed. All those years playing house as her husband/prince and now I’ve been replaced?! Unthinkable! Im so beyond happy for Bri and her wonderful new husband. I know that this is everything she has ever wanted because she has been telling me since we were little girls. There was a time where we would dream up our perfect wedding and our perfect families and our perfect friends. And we would plan to have houses next to each other our whole lives so that our kids could be friends and our kid’s kids could be friends. Some dreams change, and others come true.
