showing my british friends my balkan heritage has been the most heartwarming thing i’ve done in a personally in such a long time. I’m so proud of where I come from and love balkans with my whole heart. ⛑🎸🩸🗡 i have a double citizenship at this point and feel proud of being british as well, but i used to be ashamed of where i came from and to now be proud means so much to me, evolving as a human, grateful that the world is also accepting more willing to learn about different cultures.
