Wednesday Evening was the launch of @lunalutherocks. Guests enjoyed delectable canapés, divine cocktails and entertainment✨ Luna Lu invited guests to experience two levels of a mixed restaurant and a cocktail lounge while serving delicious dishes that played tribute to modern asian fusion cuisine. Some must try dishes that you absolutely cannot miss include the seafood candied fried rice with XO Hokkaido scallops and prawns, beetroot fried rice, pickled cabbage and ginger, the MB6+ Wagyu Beef that is made up of 200g grass fed Ranger Valley Wagyu beef cubes, wok fried with onion and asparagus, seasoned with sweet wasabi, and the green scallop and prawn dim sums. And naturally, an extensive drinks list led by a selection of Penfolds wine as well as a vibrant selection of signature cocktails. Guests also participated in a cocktail masterclass plus limited NFT memberships all while enjoying a mesmerising view of the Sydney Opera House🤩
