There’s no questioning the flavor combination of milk and cookies, but it’s undeniable that there are innumerable frustrations when it comes to actually dipping chocolate chip cookies in cold glasses of milk: there’s never enough milk in each bite, the crispy crunch inevitably gives way to sogginess, the warm cookie turns cold in the milk, the list goes on... All these frustrations led us to a simple innovation: Tahitian vanilla milk encapsulated in a thin membrane that bursts when you bite into it. A little taste of heaven served atop a double chocolate chip cookie made with Normandy butter, Madagascar vanilla, and Valrhona milk chocolate.
