These “Crispiest Chicken Wings” are my favorite and exactly what I’m making for the Natty tonight. PS - who y’all got? Love my TCU friends, but gimme the Dawgs tonight. The recipe for these and the jalapeño ranch + the links to our YouTube video on this cook are on meatchurch.com (link in bio). • Fry the wings fry at 220° degrees for 20 minutes. • Remove wings from the oil, drain and rest for 1 hour. • Fry a 2nd time at 400° for 10 minutes. • Remove wings from the oil & place on a baking rack. For dry wings: • Place wings in a steel bowl. Spray the wings with cooking spray and drain with your fav BBQ rub - my fav is our Holy Voodoo or Honey Hog Hot. For sauced wings: • Place wings in a steel bowl. Toss in your favorite wing sauce. Try these.
