Hello Insta-fam!! Hope everyone is staying safe. We were in India for a couple and back home safely now. As always we had amazing food while we were there. Chicken lollipops: the most unique thing we’ve eaten since we were kids in India and haven’t found it anywhere else. Chicken lollipop is, essentially a frenched chicken winglet, wherein the meat is cut loose from the bone end and pushed down creating a lollipop appearance. It is usually fried and served hot with Szechuan sauce.
