How to make your bed tip...fitted sheets . Growing up, I used to struggle with which side was long and which side was short. It felt like it would take forever. I wish I knew this hack back then - so if you haven’t taught this trick to your kids yet - share it with them. . I always start by locating the sheet corner with the tag, and I place that at the bottom right hand corner of the mattress (perspective: stand at the foot of the mattress looking towards the head). Once I place that fitted sheet corner I know the sheets will fit without struggle. . When I started to use this technique the ease in which I could quickly make my bed without having to struggle to figure out which side was which changed forever. Let me preface this by saying that I have tested this out on a lot of bed sheets and this method has consistently worked for me and all of the sheets that have been purchased in North America - but I’m sure some brand which I haven’t ever tried will do it differently.
