🚨TRIGGER WARNING This isn’t a standard post. I only hope that with my continued openness I can, in some way, help or give hope to at least one person out there. It’s important to note that whilst mental health has no physical appearance, it is not something that you can inevitably cure, but one can progress to understanding it, find other ways and solutions to help them cope better. So here is a picture of my pill, the pill I tried to take a few times but threw away because I was embarrassed. 2 years on and I know it was the right decision.
