Help!! 🙋‍♀️Do you know why someone would raise our windshield wipers in the parking lot? 🤷‍♀️It has happened twice now. We did not block anyone in or park in a wrong space. Any ideas why this keeps happening to us in Belgrade? Is it some sort of message? #OurSerbiaMission
