Today we celebrate a design you’ve probably spotted on your Instagram feed – the Ultrafragola Mirror, designed in 1970 by Italian architect Ettore Sottsass. Standing 6.4 feet tall with a squiggly frame evocative of wavy female hair, the mirror is an icon of postmodern design. Switched off the mirror is a cool white.
