Refinishing our 100 year old floors is definitely the hardest job we've taken on so far at our cottage. It's a simple process but the prep has to be perfect to get an amazing result in the end. It's a very labor intensive project and I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you have a bad back (our bodies were killing us by the end of each day). It was all worth it because the light color of the natural wood is amazing, and these 100 year old floors look like we just installed them!
