Hi! It’s been a while since I posted one of these, but since anxiety is very much present in my life and this world, why not! Here is a quick calming breathing exercise that really helps me in moments of panic and anxiety and it helps to fall asleep! “The Physiological Sigh” You can do this sitting, standing or laying down.
