Sorry Tommy. 😉 Given the nature of my job, it often feels impossible to take time off work and I don’t even think to take time off because I love what I do so much. But I am making an effort to take this week off work (or most of it anyway). I don’t have big plans but trying to make it a little staycation and doing the things I don’t make time for enough - an ice cream date with Thomas, working out with Tommy, and going on walks with Charles (which is where I was when Tommy came home for lunch.) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I also have a long list of life things I need to deal with - LLC paperwork, switching bank accounts, cleaning humidifiers...you know, the not-glamorous stuff that always gets pushed to the bottom of my to-do list. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m also trying to avoid working as my default if I have a few extra moments - instead I’m (attempting to) sit in quiet while I wait at appts, reading my kindle, or getting outside. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We’ll see how I do! 😬 (Does posting this count as work? 😵‍💫🙃)
