wanted to share my PULL day. try this for a tough back and biceps routine! ☠️ i recently started this workout a few months ago and even still it kills me. Slide 2: lat arm pull downs: 4 sets, 8-12 reps Slide 3: seated cable rows: 4 sets, 8-12 reps Slide 4: deadlifts: 6 sets, 5 reps Slide 5: face pulls: 4 sets, 8-12 reps Slide 6: pull ups: 4 sets to failure Slide 7: chin ups: 4 sets to failure Slide 8: dumbbell curls: 4 sets, 8-12 reps Slide 9: concentration curls: 4 sets, 8-12 reps Slide 10: barbell rows: 4 sets, 8-12 reps Not filmed: wood chops: 4 sets, 8-12 *I’m not a personal or fitness trainer, just a dude who likes to work out
