8 months ago I was diagnosed with #endometriosis
At first I felt hopeless and depressed but I quickly learned that besides medications there’re some lifestyle changes that can reduce symptoms.
I want to share some of them with you 🙏🏻
Stress is a big trigger for it and reducing it really helps. Learn how to say no, surround yourself with good and understanding people, end toxic relations. Daily meditation and spending time in nature can do some magic ❤️
I also discovered that #yonibath and #lymphaticdrainage helps.
I’ll be sharing more about the diet- I eliminated gluten and diary. I’m mostly plant based with occasional sea food dishes. Some foods like pomegranate, blueberries, olive oil, avocado can help to reduce inflammation.
Im working on a project that is about helping out other girls, especially those working in the fashion industry, who struggle with different chronic conditions 🙏🏻❤️
