For the last six years I’ve looked forward to a particular week during the summer, Tide Week. Tide Week is when we fly all of the regional recruiters from across the country/the state of Alabama to campus for a week of training (but my favorite part was always the socializing aspect 🤷🏻‍♂️). This is the only week of the year when we all get to see each other and catch up.
