🎄 We stepped into Christmas yesterday for the annual @the.not.forgotten Tea Party. The party, held since 1921, welcomes veterans and serving personnel to the State Apartments at St James’s Palace for an afternoon of entertainment and an opportunity to connect with their Armed Forces family. Each year, a member of the Royal Family attends. This year, The Duchess of Gloucester spoke to guests and entertainers at the Christmas event. The Not Forgotten Association works to address isolation and loneliness, and promote a sense of community amongst former and current members of the Armed Forces through a series of outings, concerts and activities held throughout the year.
