😂 I refuse to lose my Megan knees with age. Y’all, I have arthritis in my knees because of soccer injuries and still get down dirty on the dance floor, okay?! Lol 🤷🏾‍♀️ When I incorporate squats into my routine, I keep in mind that I want to be able to dance IN HEELS with ease. Because I’m cautious of the pressure I put on my knees, the goal for squats isn’t always going heavy. Most times, it’s just to be able to handle my body weight/light weight added in that position bouncing up and down for a long period of time 😂 I say all this to say that a FIT body is one that “fits” the activities you want to continue doing or start doing.
