Chickpea Potato Curry π

Ingredients
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp tumeric
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can light coconut milk
1 can chickpeas
1 cup red lentils
2 Yukon potatoes, chopped
Water to cover everything
Fresh cilantro
Simmer for about 20 min until the potatoes are soft and the lentils are cooked!
A recent poll in my stories showed that the majority like short videos like this. I am terrible at video but hope you enjoyed it π it's definitely something I need to improve on but gotta start somewhere π
