The @Angels will celebrate their cross-freeway hockey neighbors with @AnaheimDucks Night at Angel Stadium of Anaheim. We love these cross-team promotions! Before the puck drop, er, first pitch, against the Houston Astros at 6:30 p.m., Ducks players and mascot @WildWingANA will take the ice — scratch that, make that take the field — for the Halos batting practice. Fans will get a hockey helmet-styled Angels-Ducks beanie. The Big A will host all things Ducks with baseball and hockey bloopers, Ducks-themed Rally Monkey videos and quizzes of kids’ knowledge of hockey and baseball.
