Recipes below ⬇️ SNACKS SO GOOD I SOLD THEM AT THE FARMER’S MARKET 🤭 Swipe to see my farmers market days 🙌🏼 ❤️ENERGY BALLS❤️ Ingredients: 1 cup of pitted dates 3/4 cup cashews 3/4 cup oats 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 scoop of vegan protein powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt DIRECTIONS: Put all the ingredients in a large blender and there ya go!! If you have a hard time mixing, add in some more coconut oil or maple syrup. Put in the refrigerator for later! 🦋RASPBERRY TRUFFLES🦋 These are easy as can be. Mash up raspberries (about 5 for each cluster), add a glob of peanut butter and top with melted chocolate (I microwaved about 1/3 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil). Store in freezer. Ready in an hour! 🌟CHIA SEED PUDDING🌟 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp agave Dash of cinnamon DIRECTIONS: mix all ingredients and let sit overnight. Mix once after an hour 🍪COOKIE DOUGH BITES🍪 THE DOUGH: 2/3 cup cashew butter 1 cup almond flour 1 tsp vanilla 3 tbsp almond milk 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1 scoop protein powder Chocolate chips to taste
DIRECTIONS: Add all dough ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Roll into ~1 tbsp sized balls and place or parchment paper. Let sit in the freezer for about 10 minutes to freeze. For the chocolate outer shell: I microwaved about 1 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil. Dip each ball into the outer coating mix and place back in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes. Store in the freezer
