HOW TO DRY BRUSH ✨: I’ve posted my dry brush a few times & the question I get asked is: “How do I dry brush?” So, let’s start with the benefits of dry brushing: Dry brushing is a method that gently exfoliates the skin using a firm bristled brush, like the one I’m using in the video. Dry brushing claims to be good for blood circulation, glowing skin, helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite and clears your pores of dead skin cells. HOW TO DRY BRUSH: 1.) On dry skin, start at the feet and work your way upward toward the heart/up your body. It’s best to brush using soft, yet firm, strokes and/or circular clockwise motions. 2.) After dry brushing, follow up with a shower, which will help clean your body of any loose dead skin. 3.) After showering, follow up with a body oil or body lotion to hydrate your skin. Your skin will absorb product more readily, leaving your skin soft, smooth and glowing.
