It's really hard to try and preach rest and time management when you're struggling with it yourself. Had too many family and friends reach out for meet to chill and take breaks, but I just felt obligated to stay on go. In my little break so far I also realized how much I've centered life around the gift God gave me instead of centering it around Him. So I've been trying to make new changes to the decisions I make and who allow into my space. Imma continue this lil hiatus for a bit to build some consistency. I know a lot of heads probably won't care or even read this, but I just wanted share for anyone who can relate.
