When Staub asked me if I wanted to make a full English breakfast for them to celebrate their new collab launch of their gorgeous cast iron pans with @busterandpunch I obviously jumped at the chance to revisit my roots and make my British breakfast of dreams with my own homemade baked beans. This is leaning in hard to my 20 part of the 80/20 rule but is such a special treat using the highest quality ingredients like pasture raised organic eggs and grass-fed organic meat. And these enameled cast iron pans are brilliant to cook even fried eggs in. They lift from the pan with ease and make cooking in them a dream! I hope you enjoy this perfect cloudy day treat. 🇬🇧 1 pack Baby tomatoes on the vine Sea salt and black pepper Drizzle of olive oil Roast at 425 F for 20-25 minutes 1 cup organic baby Bella mushrooms, sliced 3 cloves garlic, crushed 2-3 sprigs of thyme 2 tbsp butter Homemade baked beans: 2 cups organic canned navy/ haricot white beans 1 cup chicken broth 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 4 tbsp organic ketchup 2 tbsp tomato paste 3 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika Salt/pepper to taste Add all the ingredients in to your Dutch oven and let it simmer on a low/medium heat with the lid on but cracked open, stirring occasionally for around 30-40 minutes 2 pasture raised organic eggs, fried in olive oil or butter. 2-4 organic chipolata sausages 2-4 organic sugar free strips of bacon Pan fried in a cast iron skillet until crispy - about 3-5 minutes on each side 1-2 slices of sour dough bread, fried in the bacon/sausage fat for extra decadence for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown Plate each component together and serve hot and fresh with a cup of English breakfast tea and enjoy! #staub #busterandpunch #collab #englishbreakfast #fryup #britishbreakfast #bestofbritish #recipe #reelsinstagram #reels #trending #recipeshare #collab ad @STAUB USA @busterandpunch
