SMALL GESTURE...BIG LESSON: In the scramble of 4 kids, work, etc I forgot to pack a belt for my speech. Ironically, it was the ONLY thing I had to bring 🤷‍♂️ #TravelLite I’m down 7lbs right now...so the belt is critical to the pants staying on😂. D TO THE RESCUE. I asked my driver if he had a belt and he lent me his ...which was super cool. What I love about this most is the NO HESITATION on his part! Full send. Customer first mentality. This may not seem like a big deal, but it actually is. This was NOT in his job description, but he went above and beyond to assist a customer. The things that are NOT in YOUR job description but you do ANYWAY for your customer/friend/client/prospect...those are the things people remember. Those are the difference makers. Do more. SIDE-NOTE; Turns our he is a size 32 waist...I’m a 36, but I made it work! Thank you D the driver for DOING MORE. #Belt #Entrepreneur
