Today, 2023’s New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival announced the incredible and vast list of talent who will be joining them at the Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots on the week-long celebration of music, culture, art and cuisine on the weekends of April 28-30 & May 4-7.
