⏬RECIPE⏬ Why does every other 30 minute meal online take an hour???? This Egg Roll in a bowl is one pan and *actually* 30 mins. Perfect for meal prep, serve with rice to make it last all week. And def don't skip the spicy mayo. INGREDIENTS: 1 pound ground turkey 1 14oz bag coleslaw Drizzle sesame oil 4 green onions, sliced Half-cup diced red onion 6 cloves garlic minced Half-tbs fresh grated ginger 1 tablespoon sriracha or sambal oelek 2 tbs soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (unseasoned) Salt + pep Spicy Mayo = Mayo, sriracha, splash of rice vin, paprika, garlic powder INSTRUCTIONS: Heat large skillet and add sesame oil. Add red onion, garlic, and white parts of green onion to skillet and stir, 5-7 minutes. When softened, add turkey, ginger, and sriracha/sambal. Cook, stirring frequently, until turkey is browned ~ 6-8 minutes. When cooked through, add coleslaw, soy sauce, rice vinegar and salt + pep to taste.
