Before I share exactly what I did, please know I’ve been on a weightloss/health journey since March 2023, lost 27 pounds in 4 months, maintained that weight until this year in April when I didn’t track what I ate, enjoyed all the good food and barely worked out while on a long vacay 🤪 I gained 10 pounds and basically lost that in 2 months and I’m back at my weight from the beginning! I’m on a calorie deficit, high protein “diet” eating 1500-1600 calories and 120-150 grams of protein a day! For the first 6 weeks, I was doing transform 20 on Bodi formerly known as beach body and going to the gym and running 🙃 I got my ass on check! Now I’m going to the gym 4-5x a week and running 4-5x a week as well! I’m putting in the damn work and my body is thanking me 🫶🏽 losing weight changed my life and made me sooo much more confident!!!
