I flew back east to be with my family for my fathers celebration of life, marking a year since he passed. I then flew back west and moved into a new home. My kid got their first ear infection, coupled with a gnarly cough and an intermittent fever. It’s been a full week. I am so damn grateful for my life and all those in it.
