we just wrapped up our first ever company trip for @skyandsolco 💛 to be honest, it almost didn’t happen. right before, we found out a $4M shipment of our products had been stolen — the kind of hit that shakes every part of the business (and something we’re still working through). max and i sat down and asked: do we cancel? or do we move forward? my gut said we had to do it. yes, because the trip had been a year in the making with everything already booked — but more importantly, because even in tough seasons, there’s always something to celebrate. especially with how far we’ve come in just a year and a half! our team flew in from India, the US, the Philippines, and Canada 🇮🇳🇺🇸🇵🇭🇨🇦 and finally being together in person after building remotely was unmatched. as we rebuild and prepare for a strong q4, i couldn’t be more grateful for this team 🥹✨
