PARTNER BOXING WORKOUT // SLIDE THROUGH

Weβre going for rounds with this one. Set a 3 minute timer per round with a 30 second break between rounds π₯
Breakdown Below β¬οΈ
β‘οΈ DRILL 1: FOOT WORKOUT
1) Place a plate on the ground stepping side to side incorporating 1 uppercut when landing in position
REPEAT 2 ROUNDS
2) Six Toe Taps into pivots
REPEAT 2 ROUNDS
β‘οΈ DRILL 2: SLIPS, ROLLS & PIVOTS
One person is throwing a jab, cross, front hook & rear hook and the Other person is slipping, rolling and both should pivot after the sequence.
REPEAT 3 ROUNDS
β‘οΈ DRILL 3: PAD WORK
Start working on the simple work when doing this (Jabs and crosses). As you progress in rounds incorporate 4 combos (hooks, uppercuts..etc).
