Call me Coach. I’m a runner, a writer, and a teacher, and when I coach I bring it all to the track—that’s why I’m a @lululemon Ambassador. ... When I was a pro runner, I gave up everything else. I loved what I did, but my vision was narrow. On the other side of that career, I’ve kept life as full, and wild, and messy as possible. You may know me because you used to watch me run, or because I’ve coached you, or you know of me as a pro coach of @atalantany, or I taught you college English. I want to keep doing all those thing and more. I don’t want to give up anything, and I don’t think I have to.
