7 (!) years signed to Nike 6 new workouts dropping in the @niketraining app specifically for runners this summer 5 marathons personally done countless runners coached in front of the camera, behind the camera, often on set hiding in the corner from the camera ... I’ve done a lot I’m getting long in the tooth but the passion still there and I thank y’all for the support 🌹 New class style workouts in app will be - Pre- Run Dynamic Warm-Up - Post - Run Cool Down Stretch - Pre-Run Plyometric Primer - Post Run Bodyweight Strength - Runner’s Mobility Circuit - Stand-alone Runner’s Strength w/ DB I also have no idea if they will be available worldwide, as logistics get confusing, but for those that don’t have access I’ll drop similar style workouts on my @youtube channel every week or so even if you’re not a runner, these sessions work cause they just focus on the concept of locomotion and understand how the body works to create movement while trying to remain pain free I love this stuff.
