Peppermint White Chocolate Fudge...need I say more! It’s the perfect treat for Christmas and makes great gifts too. We make several batches every holiday as they don’t last long in our house. I find they are addicting don’t believe me...try them out. Super easy to make too!! Recipe below... Ingredients 3/4 cup butter, salted 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk 15 oz white chocolate chips 1 jar marshmallow fluff 1 tsp vanilla extract 4 tsp American peppermint extract Instructions Bring to a boil, sugar, butter and evaporated milk in medium sauce pan. Boil for 3 minutes, stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff and stir until melted. Add vanilla and peppermint extracts. Pour onto parchment paper into a deep sided cookie sheet or casserole dish. Let cool and place in fridge to set.
